That sounds like spyware embedded in your browser. A few months back there was a thread about this and how to clean it. I can google it and get back to you, but from memory it has to do with an extension that gets installed either intentionally or not, and then filters what you see on websites that use certain software.
I keep extensions disabled on my browser and never install even the well known ones. |

Here was the second thread on this. There is another further down. There are many variants of this browser spyware so the outcome isn't exactly the same, sometimes just modifying the text of the page you are viewing and others taking you directly to the spam links. Note "Noah W"s reply as he had some suggestions of ways to clean this stuff out.
