It was a pretty good show overall. I was given the opportunity to help on the NA/Profield/V8 Hot Rod class and they made a much better show this year, seemed that they were more closely matched this time. Hope to add more to the group in the coming years and I thank the pullers who participated for putting on a good show. If anyone has the opportunity to go and has never been to this event, I encourage you to attend, it is some good competition on a very mean track...they packed four tractors out from broken axles over four days!
Good to see you too Kruser, shook a lot of hands this past weekend and saw a good number of Antique guys on hand watching. Had one pesky Farmall puller from Michigan giving me grief all weekend but if he wasn't doing it I'd think he was mad at me...
Magazine in TSC stores now...And the Moline is waiting in line at the shop for some hitch work. The pulling season never stops, you just gotta dress for the weather! |

The pull was at a facility called Gordyville USA just outside of Rantoul, IL. Nice arena and a huge pit area. Pull showcases the variations on hot farm/pro farm across the country as well as some of the bigger classes like Super Farm, Light Pro Stock, Pro Stock and Limited Pro Stock. The NA/V8/Profield class runs in the Saturday afternoon session each year. Next year is the 10th Anniversary show, should be a great pull to see! |
