What, a big corporation accused of anti-competitive behavior? It's never happened before!
Going after HD, Makita and Milwaukee for a group boycott seems to be a stretch, and tells me their case is probably weak. I think they need to prove the three companies conspired to cut Orchard out of the business, which is a bit of a stretch. More than likely Orchard's goal is just to shake up the two toolmakers with threat of litigation so they agree to resume tool shipments to Orchard at competitive prices.
