On another board a guy is trying to restore what he says is a Lauson (or is it Lawson?) AV80 engine. Just thought I'd post a message her to see if anyone would have any ideas where some parts or a parts book could be found.

Tecumseh was the successor company to Lauson but Tecumseh is no longer. There are a few places to buy aftermarket parts because there are a lot of Tecumseh engines out there. Try a google search for AV80 parts or eBay.

There are several small engine suppliers on the internet. One is Pat's Small Engine Parts. Try www.PSEP.biz. They did list several parts for Lauson, (Tecumseh) engines.
