They can be made or take a piece of metal and put it between the hub and wheel casting then thread a regular bolt in there putting all the preasure it can stand evenly - than take a big sledge and hit the end of the axle hard, , tighten up the bolts and do it again, they fall off. ,,,, the axle hit sends shock thru and will break it, ,, if that dont work, an air hammer will help it along
