hello! i am looking for 2 post rops for a 66 series tractor! i dont need the roof as we are putting rops on our pulling tractor.. i no mark heitman use to get them but no longer does. he got them from somebody who aftermarkets them? wondering if anyone knows were i could find one for sale or someone who has one that they want to sell?
i am located in SE MN area |

They are availible from Saginaw tractor parts they make them for many models. Thier in Michigan. |

There are several sources of aftermarket "ROPS" out there . Be advised that they are not certified as ROPS. They are sold as canopy/sunshades.
Leaman Tractor Parts in Willow Street , PA has a nearly identical to IH original available. They can be viewed on their website.
Mathis Equipment/Tractor Salvage Cairo, MO had a nearly identical to IH original available. I bought two from him several years ago. Google the name to find contact information.
Saginaw units have a much smaller axle clamping system than IH originals and the above mentioned sources. They will hold up the canopy but I think they would not have the same integrity in the event of a roll-over as ones with larger axle clamping system as original IH or aftermarkets with same components for axle clamp as original IH ( bigger axle clamp saddles and larger bolts) |
