I have a 54 Super M with a bad radiator. I swapped it out with a non pressurized type that I had. My problem comes when operating temperature is reached, say after 45 minutes of plowing, it blows water out of the overflow in the neck. The gauge is on the "Run" mark and tractor has never had overheating issues. I dont know if the volume of water from an open thermostat is causing it or the lack of pressure?

Had the same thing happen once.
Let it blow out and see if it reaches a certain level and stops.

I'll bet your over filling it. Let it blow out and run at that volume.

All that's providing the radiator you put on has no blockage.

Can you put a long extension hose on the overflow? Atleast while you are trying to see if it levels off? Mine has one that is routed out through the bottom of a frame rail.

I removed the neck and replaced it with a pressurized one. I ran it for a while today and it did fine, probably will swap out the top tank too as the pressurized one seems to be alot thicker.
