I have an early model 4020, 1965. I get hydraulic oil running out the housing for the spare pto shaft when I remove it. |

It opens into the case, you must be over full or on unlevel ground.. |

I'm sure there is an oring in the housing, just needs to be replaced. The same one as in the quill. chris |

Yes it's the same o-ring, I thought he was worried about oil being present there... |

F1870R is the oring part number you need, maybe your old one is cut or just plain old and hard. The parts book shows this.chris |
