I installed a late 155 diesel in my 57 super 55. It has a RM pump, # DBGFC427-7AJ. I am looking about updating to 429 or 431. What do I need to do this and is it possible? I see that Fords use a similar looking 429 & 431 pumps, could I use parts from one of them to update my pump? Thanks for any information. towtech@comcast.net |

You can use the head assy. from a bigger pump like the 429 or 31. it's always best to let a pump pro do it for you 'cause they can run it on the bench and dial it in without having to do guesswork. |
