Does anyone have access to one of those specialty lock washers (high collar) used on the 12 point frame rail bolts? I need to have an accurate measurement of the OD. I need a washer and already got a reduced OD one that I thought would work but the OD was still too large. I could pull out one of my other bolts but I am hoping someone has a loose one they measure.

I had to turn down the outside of the shoulder on the new bolts I put in mine. I also ground down the OD of the new lock washers so they would fit in the holes. I used never sieze on them so they wouldn't grow fast.
