Depends where you live. In my county, the planning office has a site where you can find tax info, including owner, number of buildings, assessed value, etc, and it has a Google Maps overlay. If you play with it awhile, you can find the extents of wetlands, location of old mines and a lot of other stuff. |

It won't give you owners name but I believe it will give an address. |
