i have what I believe to be a footrest off of a
header barge made by Plano manufacturing. i have
an offer of $150, is that a fair price?

I believe that is a good price for the foot rest.
The machine is either a header or a barge.
The header cut the grain and the barge hauled the grain, unless I have been told wrong and the pictures of them turned around

the header "barge" is the wagon the grain heads go into. At least that's the way I've heard it referred to. I have a youtube vid of one in action
