I have a 1968 d4d pump was built by diesel service few years ago never has had power since so i worked on it bad move it dumps fuel like crazy fixed position pump, to change time is to change spacers under barrels and plungers tryed 3 different sets cant find rack center or if plungers set no one has book or tools without spending $3000 no adjustment just shims |

Tommy, take it to a fuel shop, get it set up right then start troubleshooting the problem.
This job is getting expensive.

Bob is right also check to see if your on #1 TDC and pump is also. |
