My daughter and family is away on a cruise, so I have pooch duty. Its a whopping 18 degrees out and this mongrel has come to the door to come in skunky! He is about to find out about the outdoor life of a country dog, and daughter is going to learn a new word.....KENNEL

I still got my Daughters dogs here...one of 'em is a rotwieler 3 yrs old and just wants to play, Other is like an overgrown boarder collie and is old, 14 and acts a lot like me!
Don't mind them when it's frozen like now, but when it thawed a week ago the feet had to get washed every dern time they went out.

I wonder if they have a clue as to what a PIA we endure watching these critters. I know my daughter thinks I just turn this one loose and let it in. She does not take into account the mud prints on the back door that has to be cleaned and as you say its paws and watching so the thing does not fall through the pond ice and drown. I am afraid this is the last straw.
