I got a set of clamshell fenders from a dealer in MN. They are made in Wisconsin are are very good quality. I will look up his number and get back here. They also make other styles as well.

Reproduction fenders have improved to the point the better ones are hard to tell from the originals ones .Steiner,A&I,Abilene machine all have the restoration quality ones and it seems the ones made in USA are better and they are probably maufactured at same location.Trying to find originals that are nice is getting tougher.When aftermarket cabs came out many were destroyed.The first ones from Mexico were like snowflakes [no two alike].
