I need a better clutch in my m, it currently has a 11 in. clutch in it, can I switch out the flywheel to a 12 in. and everything fit OK. What is the best clutch and pressure plate and where to buy one. |

M -
You don't need a different flywheel, you need a different pressure plate and clutch disc. There are 11" pressure plate and (single) disc packages that will easily hold 200+HP at stock RPM (650+ lb-ft) 4 cylinder engines.

ih, Use a Sm-450 flywheel, Sm 6 button clutch and 986 IH pressure plate. You will have to remove the spline hub on back side of pressure plate (riveted on)you can get these parts from your local CaseIH dealer |

Gary I am running a double disc clutch and it has never slipped. Why wouldnt you use that design. Big trucks use that same design. |
