I have a noise in my steering when I turn the wheel, especially when it's cold. I think it might be air in the line, but how do I bleed it?
Just by reading some of the posts, I know there are a lot of "savvy" ole boys out there..
Thank you |

Air will bleed out of a hyd system with use. There is no place to bleed air out of PS on a JD 1020. What kind of noise are you hearing? |

The noise is probably hyd oil leaking past an o-ring on one of the steering valve packs. Does PS housing feel hotter than the trans housing? |
