Yep, I sandblasted my Farmall H, primed it and painted it with the Van Sickle International Red spray paint or whatever they call it. Went on perfect, covered perfect, didn"t run sag or drip, I was very pleased. Painted many many parts, with numerous cans of Van Sickle. Then as all this sat inside, over several months, out of the sun, it developed a white film. All of it. Every piece I painted. Never again. I went to the CaseIH dealer and got the actual Case paint. Doesn"t go on as well, but No problem with a white film. . |

I'm glad you were at least able to get it on. I have not used Van Sickle made for spray guns and never will. I tried Van Sickle spray paint on a few small parts and found it to be the worst spray can paint I have ever used. Although I do 99.9% of my painting with acrylic urethane, I have found IH 2150 paint the BEST spray can paint I have ever used. |
