I've been looking at a 120 corn snapper to go on my John
Deere A. I've downloaded the manual but it doesn't really show
how it hooks on the letter series tractors. What pics I have
found doesn't show the mounts. Does anybody have a pic of
the mounts on one? Thanks. |

My Dad used a 120 and a large ball was attached to tractor drawbar that a socket on Corn snapper set on and then a brace attached to drawbar frame to hold snapper straight with tractor. Go to JDparts.com and download the parts catalog. Then scroll down to page #45.

Jason, the 120 snapper is very much like the earlier 101 corn picker. Perhaps viewing it's manual would help you. Mike |

Hey Jason, I own a #120 snapper. Hooks to a ball on the drawbar then a bracket to the left axel housing.Pretty straight forward.I Have the original manual that shows all this,J.D. even made brackets to mount that picker to other brands of tractors, even a Ford, unbelivable.Anyway send me a e-mail or address & I can copy some of the pics for you.Pete |

I downloaded the manual last week and looked at it. Yes #45
shows the plate and ball but it doesn"t show how the arms
hook to the back of the tractor. |
