From looking at the archives I think I know the answer but I will ask anyway. Does anyone make a spin on oil filter adapter for a Farmall 400 or 450. I tried the Case IH dealer with no luck. Thanks

Check with a TISCo dealer,I've gotten them in the pass, if you want, I can check in morning to see if still avilable. Jim

I'd like one for my '50 M. It'd be nice if it's set up for a PH8A, if not available I'll have to build my own I guess.

Have you tried Carter Gruerewald co. out of Wisconsin. They list part # 354476R95 for SuperM-W6-SW6-400-450 and part# 369959R92 for the M.

Why do you want a spin-on filter? Original replacements are available just about anywhere you want to look and it takes no longer to change out an original style than it does to change a spin-on.

That part # was for a head gasket set. Why not put a spin filter, I am putting one on my Moline and figured I might as well do the same to the 400.
