I have purchased an International 311 fast hitch 3 bottom plow that wasn't equipped with a gauge/land wheel or brackets. What other model plows use the same wheel and brackets? TIA

You can probably just make your own a lot cheaper..
Look at some gauge Wheels and see how they are put together and how the Mount and adjusting holes are arranged..
All you need is a wheel spindle and some steel..

Look at a guage wheel, and bracket, on ANY make of plow. If you can buy it at a junkyard, you might have to drill or burn a hole to get it to bolt up, but that's easy.
