|
|
My daughter bought a Farmall H, building it for her to pull. Engine tore down thinking of installing 350 sleeves and pistons, has a 8043DC head is that ok verses the 8043DD head, it is a 1952 with the small crank jurnals already ground .010 if I need to go .020 will it be ok.Camshaft # is 43962DB but going to send it out to get ground. Rods have large piston pins will the pin adaptors work ok or should I find different rods from a 350. Thanks for any help Mike |

Super H 3.5 bore sleeve n piston kit would be my first choice. stepped head pistons have taller domes vs firecraters in the kits sold on this site. No head interference either. Youll be fine at .020 on the mains. 300 wristpin bushing will work fine in H rods, but watch the rods,,, may not be bored straight from day one, so check em after the bushings are installed. you can find all your parts right here on Yesterdays Tractors. Carb kits,, plugs n wires, gasket sets, brakes, bearings, clutches, seats, paint, decals, rims, mufflers, battery boxes, seats and hitch parts! in fact,,, they got alot of stuff for alot of makes n models. just a click away. wanna go faster? The aftermarket world is here too at YT, just ask! Chad |
