Friend of mine needs a motor for a MT, prefer in Iowa. post back here if you have 1 with a good block. I think 1 from a 420 will fit.

I have a couple of complete motors available, also bare blocks. The 420 may fit however it has larger pistons therefore more horsepower. The mt has 4" pistons vs 4 1/4" in the 420. I'm located in S.E. Mo. For more info call 573-535 8952. Thanks, Tom.

A 40 block is a direct fit. A 420 would need the whole engine and radiator.
