HI Guy"s Looking for some info. For a old guy about a Cockshutt 30 Diesel narrow front no 3 pt. How Many were made in that model. He is saying that very few were made.He told me only 5 were made ?

No one knows how many 30 diesels were made. More than 5 that is for sure. 37,328 Cockshutt 30s/E3s/Gambles (all the same tractor different colors and decals) were made. The most of any Cockshutt model. The diesel is rarer than some and is desirable.

I have heard @ 400. Some other guys more familiar with this will chime in.

I've heard the 400 number also. I know of at least one more, it's in my barn.

My 30 dsl was on the Dupont calendar years ago. I also rebuilt the engine for another one that is in South Dakota. I think that 400 number is the concensus that I remember. Jeff

I have one with a standard WF and have heard 200-400 built but have run across only a couple.
