I'm told that the latest head torques for the 310 Waukesha are 1-6 210 fp oiled and 7-14 185 fp oiled.

The service bulletin that was in the HPOCA magazine a few years ago listed a service bulletin. Head bolts 9, 10, 13 & 14 are 133 and the rest are 210 ft. lbs.
