|
|
I bought this Davis MF 101 102 loader in 2008 and put it on this tractor using the hoses that were on the loader and the internal pump output on the side of the tractor under the seat. I mounted the valve on a plate so that I could run the return from the valve back into the transmission sump. That worked okay but it has tended to leak a bit at the top of the plate and the valves both leak too as can be seen in the photo. I have gotten a lot of good use out of the loader and I think it is time to fix it up a bit better. I have an old front mounted pump that I bought a couple of years ago and would like to use if I can find all of the parts to connect it to the crankshaft. I think it may fit an SAE A mount but I will need to measure. I am wondering if anyone knows what the GPM of this pump may be so I can get a suitable spool valve, or where I could find the shaft and whatever other bits may be needed to hook it up. I am also wondering if anyone knows what the capacity of the reservoir in the loader subframe may be. Any advice will be very much appreciated.
Zach

That pumps looks to be the common loader 8-10GPM pump like my fords have. You will need to replace the crank shaft pulley with one that is drilled and tapped to mount a spline hub on and then get the spline hub and shaft. Most good tractor dealers should have that type of hub and an AGCO dealer would be your best bet. This past fall I did a shaft repair thing on a 3000 ford where the guy had broken the loader mounts and in turn broke the shaft drive and found the parts at the local Ford/New Holland place which was also the AGCO dealer |

I replaced the front hyd pump on my 202 last year. I think it was a type A mount. I have answers to some of your questions but I need to get out to the shop first. There is info on the pump here somewhere on the site. It is a Cessna pump but I can not remember the model number. I really need to organize my information better! |

I have the crank pulley that you need, it came off of a Z134 Continental. I think I have the drive shaft as well.
