My wife did the PT thing after she had both knee's replaced. Then after we changed insurance company's, I needed to go to PT, but our new insurance wouldn't cover it. The therapy place told me it would cost me $485.00 a session. No way, babe.

You can watch some of the different shows on PBS-TV and pick out the parts that work for you.
I've been to PT on 4 different occasions; only a couple of things worked for me and I soon discovered that I could do those things at home for no cost.
