i noticed low pressure and when cold starting the engine rpms pulses and the fuel gauge is in red when warm it revved up and needle gauge is in green 1/4" i put air pressure to tank and needle moved up to middle but whe i let air pressure of in went back down it acts if theres a malfunctioning pressure relief valve not working in return port of injector pump |

Have you serviced the filters? Does that have the sediment bowl & screen? |

yep just changed them acts same i thinking about checking gauge. some where i herd if the bosch p7100 pump does not get a steady 17psi of fuel to it it could harm the pump |

Do you get a good steady flow @ the sediment bowl? Take the bowl off & let a pint run out, see if it flows steady. |

it has good steady flow of fuel so i removed to pressure check valve and the spring was collapsed also the seat was out of round im going to true it up and put better spring in it thanks for the info |
