Hi, not sure what it is called, but on my 47 VAC, there is a brace under the motor that the front end connects too with a pin, well I broke it, need a name of part and where I may find it.

There are many variations of VAC front axles. A pic would be extreamly helpful in determining what you have. My first thought would be to have it welded back together. Not quite sure if you are talking about the axle bolster, up front or the pivot bracket for the wishbone, back on the torque tube. You mentioned that you were missing the pin, so I am presuming that you have a tubular adjustable front axle, but there is another adjustable front axle that had different brackets. How did you break it?

Here is a parts break down for the tube type adjustable axle. Does your's look like this?

I think it is the pivot bracket, I broke it by towing the tractor and the person in the truck didn t take the slack out of the chain before taking off.... so my electrical issue has turned into a broken peice issue |

After seeing the pic, I would suspect that Fred G would be your best bet.
