These pictures are from last year. Hooked 32 foot disk for fun. Remembering Good Ole Days! Kinda funny from 1975 to 1980 it was the Big Tractor, now its just a Toy. It's not the same tractor I grew up with, but it's very similar.

Nice looking tractor! There were never any Case 4WD tractors in this area, mostly row crops and hills. Any way what kind of horsepower did these tractors have and did they hook it up well? Did the 4 wheel steering work well? was the steering durable? They look like a short wheel base how did they ride? Thanks Mike |

they were rated 144 hp. ours was cranked up to 220. we pulled 8-16 in furrow oliver plow. pulled 32 ft glenco cultivator. and a case 11 shank disc chisel.it had 23-1-26 main and same size duals,almost walk on water.we never used the rear steering,I don't think they ride to bad.I will always remember the big pyrometer on the dash ,and verbal instructions from my dad and uncle on keeping an eye on that gauge . |
