I have a Allis Chalmers 916 hydro that I want to sell. It runs and mows, used it last year. Has 16 horse motor and deck. It is not is show shape. Do have picture. 300.00 Getting new mower this spring.

300 seems pretty cheap, advertise it on Craigslist and I'd say even if it is rough you'll get 600, I'd advertise it for 800. |

I am in Northwest Indiana, off 421 and US 6. Maybe cheap but the hydro is strong and needs some work. I did want to see if any interest. Also have a push blade that will go with. I bought it to save from the dump and then needed to use it.

I had one of those. I rebuilt the motor and ran it for three years, the wife had about four feet of grass left and it sent a rod through the block. The only thing I saved was the spark plug. The wife felt so bad, she made me buy a brand new 20hp Allis! |
