Got to see 'jon f mn' new Volvo truck Saturday

Had a big, fancy, new Volvo truck pull in the yard Saturday and even got to ride in it. Jon f mn was in Denver and drove up to Fort Collins to spend the afternoon visiting on his day off. Had a wonderful time talking to him and learned a little about farming in Minnesota. Had some neat truck driving stories to tell. Thanks for stopping by Jon.

Comments like yours above are better thought than expressed, maybe jon f mn and retiredfarmer don't have face book accounts, not everyone does and this was a good way to express appreciation to an individual for his comraderie to a fellow Case forum poster.

Where I'm from this is a thread about a tractor. Up here we call them tractor trailers.

Didn't have a trailer attached to it at the time. Only brought the tractor portion of it.

Don't do FaceBook. Don't know about you, but at least I made a new friend Saturday, what did you do? Both Jon and I have been farmers, driven tractors and pulled machinery, so I guess my comment is tractor related.

I did lean on the hay bale you loaded on the Lady's trailer with the bidirectional tractor, and looked at the 2090 and 2290, and we discussed in depth the case square baler, AND the Unimogs were awesome (they were marketed by case for a while) and one had a case 3pt on it too. I'm hoping to come back this summer when you are using them to get a ride or maybe even run one for a bit.
