Hey Guys,
Finally got my l.p. tank certified with all new valves and painted .Repaired saddle and had to make new straps.
Got tank in position trying to line everything to tank. BTW,Tank not strieght because we have it loose until all is set.
Few pictures.

That tractor is purdy, as we say around here. That is a couple of degrees above being pretty.

I'm following your restoration . It is sure looking nice ! I'm thinking about getting an RTN if I can find one in my area...Just can't beat that Prairie Gold !!

I appreciate your comments! I started this project wanting to share my progress I've hit some hard spots that this forum has helped me with.
This old girl had been used with everything close to wore out.I have been lucky to find used parts & new parts and lot of help with manufacture and machine work.
I am getting excited to hear it run and drive it.Last I drove a utn was in 1954 I was 9 yrs old

Question : Is the Dial in the center of the tank a fuel gauge ? I cant read the markings ... Thanks

Yes, its called a roto gauge.
as percentage numbers around edge and you open small vent in center and turn lever till it begins spilling fuel and that tells you how much fuel in tank.

Looks great wish mine looked so good. Can't tell for sure but should the nuts on the manifolds be brass?
