I gave dad the video camera glasses while he made a few passes on the DC.

what year is the DC and what is the lever on the right side behind the rear tire?

That lever behind the right rear tire looks like a lever to change the drawbar setting.

Yes the lever is for moving the drawbar, not a CASE original but made out of CASE parts. The DC is a 1949.
