have an English '69 4000. A PO has repainted it and a lot of things got painted solid. This one has a parking brake on the right side at the back of the footboard. The service manual I have doesn't seem to have any info on it. It shows an optional transmission brake on the left side, but I don't think this is the same thing. Can someone point me to some info on how to get it freed up and working?
