Will a ps pump from a 74 3000 swap to a 67 3000 or is there a pressure difference? thanks guys |

Parts manual only shows one part number for the control valve in the steering column for all years, and only one part number for each of the left and right steering cylinders for all years, so I would say yes, the pumps should be interchangeable as far as pressure ratings are concerned. |

Thanks sean,it works fine just wanting to get rid of the extra junk in the road and all the hoses that leak,just had this other pump lying around that fits my other tractor |

I have one tractor with the old style pump system and one with the new pump/reservoir combo.
I agree the new style is a lot fewer hoses and connections that leak.
If you do go to the new style and want to get rid of the old parts I would be interested in buying them. Mostly just for spares. |
