We are having the same problem with our gas tank on our 135, the bottom keeps cracking and leaking,tried new tank, had patched, but still cracking, any ideas. Thanks Doug

Is the 135 held on by springs on the front like the 35? That dampens the vibrations, I had to put tank seal inside and out.

Yep, like 2 tractors said, you 'need' springs on too long of a bolt, and rubber pads, even a couple layers of innertube, to keep the tank from rubbing and dampen the vibration and scuffing as the springs work.
A rubber hose section, like for an inline filter, and inline gas filters are useful, can also help...
I bet this is a diesel...

Yes, we have the springs and the rubber pads on, but the tank is still cracking, could we be tighting the bolts to tight and compressing the spring to much? It is a gas engine.

Thats something I may be guilty of too, I'd try loosing the front some, the back ones hold it in place.
