hey guys, looking for more input. lift arms will not lift. changed fluid, strainer, removed control valve(was clean)removed pressure relief valve(was clean) looks like pump is not even drawing in fluid from input elbow. we drained fluid to just above inlet height and wouldnt even pull in fluid. i put air line on upper pressure port and rear arms did raise nice and easy so ram is not stuck. anything else to check prior to splitting tractor. shaft is spinning and pistons are moving left and right pumping. prime issue? didnt think these pumps need it though. thanks for any input. |

A friend had that type of problem on his and we found a broken part in the lift cover that held a spring in place and since the spring was not as it should have been the 3 point did not work. We took it apart and I was able to weld on a holder for that spring which fixed his problem. Bad thing is you have to remove the whole lift cover to find out if that is your problem |
