    John Deere manure spreader

We had one like it. Not a dairy farm with daily use, so those horizontal control levers were always rusted stuck when we wanted to use it. Probably a big reason why yours seem to be missing. Not at all rare. Not worth the cost to find/install beater(s) and apron. Very possibly other parts...

    John deere g Grille

You may have a hard time finding a really good set. Certainly a perfect pair of grills will be pricey. For the same- or probably less- money you might fix what you have. I googled "tractor grill straightener" and found these people.

    wrong color tractors

For me it kinda depends on the tractor. Some dime-a-dozen unit like that H or any old N or 60 I don't really care how you wanna paint it; I'll just roll eyes and walk on by. Same for the 'never were' mechanical creations like HTAs, Standard Tread 530s, underslung or double Bs, and the like- meh...

    Antique Toledo scale

Very far from an expert on scales, but that one to me doesn't look too 'antique'. If you have a use for such a device, then should be a good unit.

Spring plowing with the 630 sporting duals

"absolutely no added weights..." Did you ever stop to think how much that extra wheel and tire weigh? Have to have some pretty loose soil for that land wheel to dig down and give the dual any real bite. Still, a nice-looking outfit.

    Cows, cords, and chewing

My sister once had a show steer that would chew his plastic rope halter. Was a question each morning when we went to tie-outs if he had got thru it or not...

    Tillage Disc blade question

Smaller blades on the outside are to help reduce ridging. More important on the back than in the front. I wouldn't worry about it.

JD 12a Canvas dimensions or replacements?

You should be able to calculate the length by measuring the distance center-to-center of the rolls. Add the circumference of one roll and that's the final length. Emphasis on the word 'final' as I think the new canvas will stretch as it wears in. You can get some ideas about how to deal with...

    What does a grainavator do

As others have said, not intended as a combine tender. There were several manufacturers and many different configurations available. Grainovator actually built some of the later Deere series (not the 68). We had a Knoedler- had a fixed vertical auger in back that connected to a horizontal auger...

JD 4430 any problems to look out for

As I understand your post, you're wanting to help some third party bring a 4430 or 6030 from the US to the UK. As others have stated, the 4430 is far less collectible so should be easier to find. The 6030 would be a very different matter. At that distance and value, I would advise finding a...

    Making photos into jigsaw puzzles

You might try searching for me. I've explained it a couple of times and don't feel like doing it again. I'm just computer literate enough to get myself into trouble, so if I can figure it out, you can too.

    Long 350 tractor

To properly assess value, run it over a scale. Any actual work you get out of it would be a bonus.

IHC 200 series 2 row planter info? PICTURES INCLUDED

That bit of rope seems to indicate it may have planted something at some time since the Truman administration and, if complete, would likely do so again. The markers are missing so you should look it over carefully to be sure nothing else is gone as parts will be very difficult to find.

New Holland 66 vs IH 50T

Ugh- 50T. We had one. The twine boxes on the sides of the bale case made a dandy seat for someone to ride and tie the knots...

mistake in you tube video on "20 Combines etc."

"Who is doing these false messages?" Pretty strong words. Sounds as if you're thinking that some nefarious actor (probably the Russians) wants to destroy western society by deliberately providing incorrect information about the introduction of a John Deere combine? I suspect the Venn diagram...

Finished a wagon project, well almost

JMOR made me look again, and it is hard to see. If you click on the photo it pops into a different window where you have the option to magnify. Then you can just barely see the cylinder barrel poking out.

    Minneapolis Moline SH corn picker

As Mark said, you'll likely need to make it yourself. What you need though is detachable chain, not T-bar. Shoup has a selection.

Difference between a spring tooth and a spike harrow

Let's see if I can clear things up a bit. I think NoDakinMN is incorrect. What he describes is a coil tine harrow, typically used as a leveling device mounted on the back of a field cultivator. Of course there can be regional variations in nomenclature and design, but generally: A spring tooth...
