    "absolutely no added weights..." Did you ever stop to think how much that extra wheel and tire weigh? Have to have some pretty loose soil for that land wheel to dig down and give the dual any real bite. Still, a nice-looking outfit.

    That bit of rope seems to indicate it may have planted something at some time since the Truman administration and, if complete, would likely do so again. The markers are missing so you should look it over carefully to be sure nothing else is gone as parts will be very difficult to find.
