    mf202 with mf200 loader and 3pth stabilizer?

After posting this I had to go measure a few things and rough it up. Turns out my stabilizer arms are 31.25 ish Center to Center so I guess I need to go buy some at 33 1/8 to match my 3pth lower arms and the far back hole is the exact hole and length too match which is directly across from...

    mf202 with mf200 loader and 3pth stabilizer?

Hey guys so I got my mf200 loader mounted and works amazing! Now I snowblow and the 3pth loves to go side to side. Last year I bought the stabilizer bars and pins; the bars are 33 1/8 Center to Center I believe. I never got the angle iron plate as the local store did not sell them oddly enough...

Mf200 loader subframe to loader arm issue

Thanks again stan and miangus. I decided to use the bolt as a drift. I flattened or rounded the end of the bolt and got the loader arms where I could get the bolt half way. I then used my 10k lb winch and pulled right at the mount and sledge hammered the pin in. Slowly but surely it pounded in...

Thanks Jim. Weird its showing the pictures for me. Computers are gods gift and also a pain in his butt. Anywho, thanks for the pipe chart. I have managed too track it down to npt. The suction line bottom of pump ( original pump not sure which one ) is 3/4 npt which then upsizes to 1 to...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

Well it all went together smoothly, bushings slid in with some tapping, didn t have to bore the bushing out it was the correct ID. Put those two in and the shaft and bolted the pivot pin In place in less then an hour. Nice and tight! Now too get the loader frame under the tractor before the...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

I ll try and snap some pictures if I remember tomorrow before assembly of the worn ID on the carrier on the engine side and of the line on the shaft but over all after the abuse the previous owner did and lack of maintenance I d say it actually wore out very well. And I was very pleased that I...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

Hey Jim.me I totally had a blond moment and forgot about that pin. That would make sense. My shaft actually has 2 indents almost identical on it like manufactured where the pin sits . Im sure one of the indents will go to the proper length and the other will be shorter in the...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

Well great news. I used the press to hold the axle firm but not too tight as too put pressure onto the pivot shaft into the carrier. And took about 1h30 with making up punches too fit the axle shaft diameter and length and a 8lb sledge. She gave. Glad this all worked out. So quick question...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

Hey thanks ya that seems the easiest however mine is moving every time I get a solid 15ton on it but because the axle is blocked up properly ( not sure how to accomplish that yet) it moves and I go sideways on the pivot shaft and it wont pop. So tonight Im either sledge hammering it on the...

    Mf202 axle pivot shaft

Hey guys so earlier in the year I realized I need to do my pivot shaft ( the hollow shaft that the pump drive shaft slides through). No bushing were in in either side. The pivot shaft pin removed very easily. After different efforts I decided to go buy a 50ton press which is amazing by the way...

    Front hydraulic crankshaft adapter plate

Hey Jim, yes by removing the axle I meant with the support off the tractor. The lock pin I managed too remove which was not loose at all with an air hammer on the nut. So I will need a new nut but the lock pin is usable still. The pipe is the hallow pivot tube that runs through and allows a...

    Front hydraulic crankshaft adapter plate

Thanks Jim I took a peak and it was terrible with movements on the entire axle. Ended tackling in and I got the axle out, I got the pin out that holds the pipe but damn that s in there hard.
