    IH 484 cooling components

I actually replaced my 484's water pump last year. The tractor was new to me and I decided to do a radiator flush and coolant change. As soon as I was done, the water pump started weeping out of the hole, so I installed a new one. I went with a replacement from All State Ag Parts as suggested...

JD 1650 weak 3pt once warm

I thought there were some differences in the Yanmar machines. Seems like a lot of bush hog for a machine that only weighs 5,000 lbs to me. It listed as a utility, but more like a compact in my eyes.

JD 1650 weak 3pt once warm

So, this is a Yanmar JD 1650? Do they have the same hydraulic set up like a Waterloo Row Crop or a Mannheim Utility? No sure how the rock shaft and all is on a Yanmar JD.

Older Round Balers, Manual Tie - How Many Bales Per Hour?

I have the cousin to your 335, a 375 which bales a ft wider bale. You will definitely be slower than the 435 mentioned in the thread since it is an auto tie vs your manual tie. I have just one tie arm as well, some claim you can route a second set of twine through a single arm, I have yet to try...

Dunham Lehr Inc/Farmhand 22 Loader Bucket Measurements

Old thread I know, but I actually was looking at a local online retirement auction the other day and had a 5.5' farmhand bucket. Looked to be in great shape. Rolled the dice a little and I ended up bidding on it and winning it. Fits like a glove and will give me the measurements I need to fix...

    Lower hp round baler

One other thing about the JD 335 vs 375 is that the 375 is much easier to rake for since it makes a 5 ft wide bale and has a larger pickup.

    Lower hp round baler

I thought new hollands chain balers where all fixed chamber? Like a NH 848? If you aren't transporting down the road, I have a JD 375 like Texasmark described above. Simple baler and fairly easy to work on, makes a good tight bale when you have it set up correctly. Sort of an oddball size...

    Looking at a 674 International

That has a good farmahand loader on it as well. They are built fairly stout. Agreed that is a steal at $3500, could likely bring double that around here.

    Front Tires for Loader Tractor

After some more searching, I was able to find some 4 rib Firestone Regency tires in stock online for $150, I think I'll go with them. I've got a feeling the $40 upgrade is likely going to be worth it.

    Front Tires for Loader Tractor

Called the local Co Op, they have 3 rib Samson 9.5L-15 in stock for $132 for just the tires. I've read mixed reviews online for Samson tires. I probably only put 100 hours a year on this tractor, not sure if it makes sense to spend any more for higher end tires. The Titans that are on it are...

    Front Tires for Loader Tractor

Got a front flat on my IH 484 Loader/Chore Tractor. Current tires are well worn Titan 9.5-15 3 ribs that are 8 plys. Believe I'm just going to replace both since my son seems to run that tractor the most. Current use for raking, bushogging, and loading hay. Will probably get a lot of use in...

Canopy for IH 484 and with Factory ROPS

I figure anything I mount I'll have to adapt. not many rops are 1" by 6", but I do have the holes where the OEM one would mount to work with.

Canopy for IH 484 and with Factory ROPS

This the leading contender right now, not exactly budget friendly, but I think it will look ok and last a while. https://farmpartsstore.com/canopy-kit-red-c7481r/

Canopy for IH 484 and with Factory ROPS

Any idea where that fiberglass top is from or who the original manufacturer was?

Canopy for IH 484 and with Factory ROPS

Does anyone know of a canopy that will fit to the factory ROPS on a 484? It is the 3 piece rops that fits through the fenders and goes down to the axle. ROPS is basically 1" thick steel plate that is 6" wide and bent in a hoop to make the ROPS. Trying to get some shade for whoever is raking...

    John Deere 335 round baler

A little behind, but I'll throw in my 2 cents worth. 335 baler does not have a latch on the gate, it is held closed by hydraulic pressure. I have the 375 baler, the foot wider cousin to your baler and have hydraulic tie as well. My tractor only had one remote, so I opted for the summit...

    IH 484 Leaking Steering Cylinder

For anyone who may be trying to source this same o ring, it is a 908 O ring with a 90 A duro hardness. I don't have a CIH dealer where I can go pick these up easily, but looks like Grainger has the same part according to the specs. A pack of 25 is ~$6...

    IH 484 Leaking Steering Cylinder

It ended up being the o ring as suspected. I just put one I had from a kit to get me through the weekend and it is holding now. Not difficult to get to, so I'll get the proper size sourced and replace it when I have some down time. All the bushings looked good and cylinder looked like it was...

    IH 484 Leaking Steering Cylinder

I believe my cylinder was sagging when I got the tractor. I have all the bushings in a kit I bought that I could replace them with if needed. I'll know more when I get home tonight and can do some investigation.

    IH 484 Leaking Steering Cylinder

I believe mine is a whole cylinder assembly that was swapped in. I am assuming the clevis is new with the cylinder. Probably bought off of this site's store as it much cheaper to just replace the whole unit. https://www.tractorpartsasap.com/power-steering-cylinder-with-clevis-new-104583.html...
