    IH crawler injection pump.

That pump picture is NOTHING like the Bosch VE rotary pump. If the rear governor cover has NO vacuum lines to it the governor is fully mechanical with no vacuum assist.

First One I have ever seen.

The MF dealer I worked for years ago sold several with the Pressure control hitch option There's no MF model I've ever seen with down pressure on the three point, not going to happen with a one way piston pushing on the rockshaft arm rod anyway.

First One I have ever seen.

The IPTO clutch was an option. it does not have down pressure but PROBABLY set up inside for the special PRESSURE CONTROL hitch use. Dad had one years ago that we used to transfer some drawn implement weight through the hitch to increase the rear tire traction without adding wheel weight. Used...

    Ford 268 woes

Looks like a Hercules to me also. Loosen the two screw on the injection pump side so fuel can leak out. If engine runs OK WITH the fuel leak but slows/dies with cover tight the injection pump needs repair soon, More serious damage WILL happen if it's run much longer.

Injectors with no nozzle or removable nozzles with flare fittings on both ends

What ever the cam lift is you have now, all PSB pumps have the same tappet lift. Stroke is not the problem the smaller plunger gives a SLOWER rate of injection than the 10 MM plunger does.

Injectors with no nozzle or removable nozzles with flare fittings on both ends

While his conversion started and ran well, under full load on the PTO dyno the STOCK carbed engine still had more power though...

    4000 gas three cylinder

If I hang on to it awhile I might be looking for a complete diesel engine as I'm not much of a fan of gas, but this really starts and runs well as is for a gas. Almost everything I have around here is diesel though, but there's not many flat deck Fords around here at all and I kind of like the...

Injectors with no nozzle or removable nozzles with flare fittings on both ends

Would be easier to find a WORKING Bosch inline APE pump and drive from a 55 or 555 engine than do all that work.

    4000 gas three cylinder

Brought home a flat deck 4000 SOS GAS from an auction Saturday. Starts and runs well, SN is C136114 which shows 1966 if I've got the numbers right. Did the gas engines have any issues with block porosity like some of the diesel blocks sometime have?

    Super 88 injectors

I make sure the valves are closed and then use the brake line blow gun I have to blow air into the CENTER toward the energy cell, that way the air comes back out so nothing enters the piston area. The DNOSD 21 tips for those injectors are still available if needed to make the injectors like new...

Injectors with no nozzle or removable nozzles with flare fittings on both ends

I've got some home made adapters using old injector cores and using the glow plug type one way valves that thread into them for the gage hose. What you want I've never seen.

Case/international 485 Bosch VA pump removal

Leave those three bolts ALONE. Just remove the shaft nut and washer from the tapered/keyed drive shaft, then put tension on the pump away from the case and sharply hit the shaft squarely to pop it loose from the hub. The shaft key will keep the pump in close timing alignment, but NOT if those...

    trustworthy 4430 engine rebuild kits?

    Power steering kit 135

The Continental gas tractors had adjustable swept back axles too like both my Perkins gas and diesel models do. My UK 135 has the straight front axle similar to the MF industrial tractors have.
