    Good to know that Super C gears might work. There appears to be several different types depending on wide front end, narrow front end, gas or diesel and the number teeth vary from 38 to 44. I think I have spotted some gears from a salvage yard. Not cheap but I jumping on them if I need them.

    Yep, the gear is a worm gear part 371 016 R1. I suspect it will only be sold as part of the entire bolster assembly, if I am fortunate enough to find one. Its part number is 369 962 R21. Any leads appreciated. Located in Central Nebraska. Thanks
