How do I remove this piece from my cub?
Disregard...... I needed to remove just the oil seal. I thought I'd need to remove this plate to press it out. I found a seal puller in the bottom of my tool chest that I had bought years ago and never used it. Was still in the packaging. I tried it and sure enough seal pulled right out.- Poonie

How do I remove this piece from my cub?
The triangular piece in this photo. I need to install a new seal however it won't come out. I thought removing the three bolts would allow removal but it's not budging.- Poonie

Seeking advice for underground wiring
I used to have 12 volt floodlights going out to my flagpole. I simply buried the wire underground without running it through any conduit. Works fine but eventually the connections will corrode and you lose power. Got tired of fixing it every four or five years, so disconnected it one spring. I...- Poonie

Preserving old tractor AS IS
I've used a mix of diesel and motor oil maybe a 70/30 mix, sprayed on using an spray bottle that fits to an air hose. Saw this guy named Marty t on you tube use it on his tractors. Does a nice job of preserving and shining up the metal. Just don't spray it on the seat or steering wheel or you'll...- Poonie

Cub surges when running.
I cleaned the main jet then rain the engine for about 15 minutes at varying throttle settings. The surging seems to have gone away.- Poonie

My cub has a Zenith carb. I've cleaned the main jet before. I'll pull it again and see if that's the issue.- Poonie

Cub surges when running.
What would cause this? I ran my cub up and down the road the other day and it started surging. It surges even at idle. Could it be a clogged or partially clogged jet, choke butterfly opening and closing? Not sure. Any help appreciated.- Poonie

Just bought an AGT H12R mini excavator brand new at an auction. I also purchased a hydraulic thumb for this unit. Problem is the hoses for the thumb are smaller diameter than the hoses on the arm. I'm going to need two male adapters, one end to reduce down to the size hose on the thumb. Problem... -

When I bought my 12 ton press the one particular harbor freight didn't have any in stock. The clerk went online and found one at a neighboring store. She called them and asked if they'd hold it for me. It was near closing and I wouldn't be able to make it to the other store until the next day... -

Very nice. I had my eye on the AGT H12. I like this one because it has a nice counter weight. Many of them don't. Not sure whether it makes much difference on such a lightweight machine but it can't hurt. Most all of them are pretty similar. I'm sure there are only a handful of companies... -

You may think you're not buying things from China but I guarantee, you have, and in the future will buy from China whether you want to or not. Certain things like say, a sink trap or garden hose nozzle, or other such low end item all is made in China. None of that stuff is made here anymore... -
