    Yes thats true, but it doesnt start at 80° , plugging in heats it more i kno but why wont it start at 80 ,the engine turns over fast etc: then u plug it in and it fires right off,, what does the extra heat change?

    xt 190 pto jumps out of gear

    Had one do this and there was an ear broke off the pto bell crank on the inside , it has a detent spot on the ear that broke off and wouldnt stay in, i split it to fix it, you may get to it thru the window

    They are nice machines and the perfect size combine, as for bearings its hard to tell on them, run it and feel them, if they get hot they are wearing or just run it and they will let u kno! The belts can be visibly inspected but alot of times they get hot and age will catch up and they fly...

    A lot of variables but plan on at least $650 on a pump rebuild , then all the seals etc are dryed out , expect a Powerdirector rebuild $2500 because of dry -O- rings - seals ; if the paints good and tires maybe $3500 tops ??

    How many wd 45 diesels were made?

    Prolly not a lot of them running with original engines , the heads are bad to crack , they run great but keeping the head gasket in it is a chore , or if proper cool down wasn't done they crack - a good running one with the 230 diesel is worth pretty good $$$ now

    The weight retainer ring is disintegrating inside the pump , it wont live long , gotta be redone - if your mechanically handy , they can be replced on a work bench , just watch how it comes apart and reassemble the oppisite

    190 clutch or transmission

    Sounds like the engine clutch needs adjusting and or replacing and you also have broken Powerdirector clutch discs inside the PD clutch ; common problem!

    should i buy this wd45 diesel?

    The market has not cooled on a WD45 diesel , its hot as ever ! But the one your looking at isn't worth 6 grand , more like 2500-3000, maybe 6 with EVERYTHING WORKING, and new paint keep on them talk them down !
