1175 case value?

Hello, I am new here and was wondering if anyone could tell me what
an 1175 case is worth? It seems to be in good shape and has duals
with good rubber. It has around 7800 hrs. The seller is asking 7500.
Thanks!

In my corner of the world $7500 would be high. 2290s can be bought for that price here. $5-5500 would be closer to normal here. Son bought a running driving 1175 for $1000....needed a starter. E SD

The quality of the rear rubber could be half the value. Condition is everything. These girls are almost all pretty well worn by now. 2500-7500 seems to be the range around here. 10 to 15,000 for a truely excellent one wouldn't scare me, when compared to what new iron costs

IMHO that would be the most I would pay for a very good 1175. There are some additional questions such as, Is this going to be your number 1 tractor, how many hours a year do you intend to use it, what chores is it intended for, etc. 7800 hrs is getting high, but an 1175 that was well cared for should make more hours than that. We put about two hundred hours a year on our 1175 and we paid $9250 for it ten years ago. I consider that to have been a very good investment. Don

Bought my 1170 in 1979 with about 3000 hours and new rubber on the rear and the factory cast iron duals....$10500 and a 800 with 2 cracked heads and no rubber. Overhauled it once and one new clutch. Put a turbo and exhaust manifold and water pump on 4 years ago. It is a 1970 model that I had them paint white. Was the power tractor a lot of years and now plants corn and once in a while on the no-till drill.
