1919[], W SN9908[], Ceveland Tractors (Cletrac)

It was used around 1920 in the cooperative farm of Merhavia [Merchavia, Merhavya] in the Jezreel Valley, Northern Israel. it was the first tractor in that area. Please help identify the model and some more details about this tractor
