2013 Kioti DK 551--are they a good tractor?

Hello all, looking for some advice. A couple months ago I purchased an old David Brown tractor that I thought was a decent deal and the hydraulics turned out to have issues. I am working on those issues as I can't seem to sell it the way it is but looking for something else. I came across a 2013 Kioti DK551 with 1400 hours on it and, for some reason, it really appeals to me. I have not gone to check it out in person yet as it's over 5 hours away, so in my mind I have to be ready to buy it and bring it home if I go check it out. He says everything works as it should with no leaks, and, from the pics, looks to be in good shape and he is firm on 14k for it, with a loader--a little more than I really wanted to spend, but after my experience with the old tractor I've decided maybe that's ok. So, is this tractor a good tractor and is that a fair price if it's in the good shape he says it's in? I don't plan on doing anything to extravagant with it, just need something to help move things around, move/level a little dirt, and mow the weeds down on our 5 acres. Thanks Kelly

At one of my part time gigs I have run a 6010 for a few years and while it has been 98% reliable it would scare me to own it down the road. In 3 years the selling dealer dropped Kioti. Last year the next closest dealer dropped Kioti. Now the dealer is hour and a half away and doesn't know seem to much more about them than my wife does. Check out your dealer. Find the mechanic who works on them and ask if they are having warranty issues with Kioti. Warranty doesn't affect your tractor but it's why dealers keep dropping them, they aren't getting paid for warranty work.

Are them a Chinese made tractor ? I know they are not the best units. I know they are from someplace over seas.
