205 Gyramor parts.

Hi all, an old guy here in need of some serious parts help with finding 205 Gyramor rotary cutter parts. Right now, I need a gearbox output shaft W15621 and input/output shaft seals AT10344. Could also use a better slip clutch plate W39302 and the other plate W14800, mine are rusty/pitted which led to this fiasco of a snapped shaft. Used parts would be fine if not abused too much. Thanks for any help, Chuck
PS. Just doesn't seem to be much out there that I can find.

Welcome to this forum
What state do you live in? I live in N Texas. I have a complete pull-type JD rotary mower that I think is a model 205 that I'd sell for $400 but would require pickup no shipping. I think pto shaft is complete but I would need to check to be sure.

W39302 should be available from JDparts.com for about $88 each but gearbox shaft(W15621) doesn't seem to be readily available. . On subject of leaking seal I suggest to install Corn-head lube in gearbox in lieu of replacing the seal. I installed Corn-head lube in gearbox that had a leaking blade shaft seal on my JD 709 cutter several yrs ago & it doesn't leak fluid.

Tx Jim, thanks for the reply. I live in Pa. so I guess a long road trip is out. Where would I find Corn-head lube just in case I can find parts?
I have thought of replacing the whole gearbox but then I would have to find/buy the whole blade arm assembly because the W15621 shaft is just tapered w/ key and new boxes have splined output shafts.
Even thought of calling JD dealers in Canada to try to find the parts.
Again, thanks for the reply and your time. Chuck

You're welcome
Corn-head lube is available at JD & other equipment dealers plus Agriculture parts supply businesses such as Atwoods, TSC. ETC. I checked Parts Depot & W15621 wasn't shown as available.

For the cornhead grease it is probably cheaper at Deere dealer than local fuel supply house. I priced through my local fuel guy and it was higher than at the local Deere dealer . So I just get it at my local Deere dealer. As for the parts It would seem you should be able to find a new shaft looking around on line. I had an old Hein-Werner excavator that needed a new main shaft for the swivel gear box one time and I found the only one listed in the world in I believe it was Alberta CA had to have it shipped to me brand new shaft just only one I found new or used for it. You Might try disassembled parts on Tractor house for a source of shaft or gear box off an used one. As for the slip clutch just polish it up some with some emory cloth to get most of the rust off the metal parts. I never had one not slip on anything before I don't even grease them to keep them from slipping. Old Gleaner if you greased them you were in for fits all day till you took them apart and washed the grease out and put a bit of sand/dirt in there to grip on.

Thank you sir.
One big hurdle is the output shaft for the 205 is smooth tapered w/key where it attaches to the main blade arm which is about 4" wide, 1" thick, and about 3 ft. long, 75 lbs. with small cutter blades bolted at each end. I've looked at replacing the gearbox BUT all the output shafts are splined and I can't find a splined main blade arm (#8) offered anywhere I've looked. [ unless I'm not looking at the right setup underneath for a new gearbox.]
Here's a picture of 205 setup and main blade arm. #8
