I have a 3000 and a 4100, with power steering, and they are both leaking oil out of the top of the steering column. Not constantly but through use. Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

Do a search.. there are many articles on this site that explain how to replace the upper seal, the one that is 50 years old, hard, brittle and full of cracks... But its a bit of a pain to pull the steering wheel off, sheet metal cover to then get access to the upper steering column where it then becomes much easier... There a a cup shaped washer that is critical that you tighten the nut above it exactly as the manual says or the power steering will not center and turn correctly.
NOTE if the shaft has a groove worn into it, you need the repair kits.
